~ Summer Fabric is here! ~

Bold Summer On The Lake

Hey everyone!

Wherever you are, I pray you are having a blessed, sun-kissed summer with your precious family. It’s hot here in Louisiana, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love summertime!

We finished up the school year last month….Kindergarten, here we come! And our first year of T-ball was a success. Life on the farm has been fun, even more so that we got goats!! Yes, we now have two baby goats. The story behind them is pretty neat. I guess you can say we have a trend of taking in free animals. (The story on how we got started in the cow business is similar) One Saturday, we got a call from a family friend asking if we wanted a baby goat. His momma died, so he needed to be bottle-fed. We’ve been through this process before with an orphan calf we received last year, so I knew all about it and immediately said ‘of course!’ A few days later, we decided our new baby needed a friend, so we bought a six-week old Pygmy goat from a local farm who had some for sale. They were instantly best friends! Welcome to the farm, Ollie and Lucy.

Now, let’s talk fabric. The purpose of my post today is to show you all the fun and colorful summer prints I have in stock. There’s so many cute, popular prints perfect for summer sewing, so let’s take a look at some of my faves….

First up is Art Gallery Fabrics’ Boardwalk Delight collection. I’ve had this collection for over a year now, and those sprinkles are ever so popular. I’m constantly reordering them! And what about those ice cream cones???? So cute!

Another fun one from Art Gallery Fabrics is Day Trip. This collection released early this year. Tacos and cacti are all the rave right now, and it’s another popular print! And check out those goats. It’s only fitting I get them, right?? 🙂

I love Dear Stella’s Life’s a Beach collection! The ice cream cones are small, but still make a big statement. And those pineapples and flamingos….give me all the heart eyes! One of my customers makes bows, and I just had to get one for my little girl. You can visit her Etsy shop, Ro & Co. Studio, here to get yours!

Lastly, we have Pier Pressure from Dear Stella – perfect for little boys. I love this collection! Especially, the different shades of blue, orange, and lime green. It’s such a fun color palette for summer.

All of these prints and more can be purchased in my shop here! Stay tuned for more fabric coming soon and a new line that I’m SO excited to carry!

Have a great weekend!
